The best and brightest in song were out in full force at a Grammys on Monday, though so was Jimmy Kimmel, prepared to hit them down a peg.
In a music-focused book of his renouned Mean Tweets segment, Grammy nominees and fan-favorites like One Direction, Ricky Martin, Kelly Clarkson, Ed Sheeran, Demi Lovato, and more read insults from a ubiquitous (“Hey Josh Groban! Suck my d—, ya large tool!”) to a bizarrely specific (“I suppose Wiz Khalifa smells like Biz Markies toilet brush”).

The insult indifferent for One Direction — “Don’t know a world’s mania with One Direction. What is appealing about small boys with sum hair and spare jeans?” — was indeed found, interjection to keen-eyed fans on Twitter, and has been retweeted upwards of 7,000 times as of this writing. But don’t conflict her Twitter notifications — a meant twitter was published in 2012; these days, she swears she’s a fan.
The user who called Blake Shelton a “bloated a–hole,” however? Probably not so much.
