For what it’s worth, Malik also seems to be in a good mood these days: On Wednesday, he tweeted a print of himself smiling while announcing a solo record understanding to make “#realmusic” with RCA.
That same day on Twitter, One Direction’s Niall Horan called Gavin a “very dauntless small dude.”

And in a follow-up video posted by Stiepleman, Gavin replied that he was “so excited” to see Horan’s shout-out.
